2022
NUS Physics Illustratum is a competition organised by NUS Physics Department in which participants are tasked to present to a panel on any topic in the area of Physics. In 2022, I was part of a team to present the concept of Aerodynamics, using plasticine models of various shapes on a flat car chassis, and attained a Merit award.
The Swift Accelerator Programme is an intensive talent development
programme for secondary school students with an interest and
aptitude for app development and computational thinking.
As part of this programme, I worked with a team to
create a loan-tracking app named Money Rush which is now published
on iOS App Store.
2022
I participated in the YCEP by Singapore Polytechnic. After placing
in the top 10 positions of the Capture-The-Flag competition within
SP, I advanced to the central Capture-The-Flag competition after
placing in the top 10 positions of the Capture-The-Flag
competition within SP.
From this competition, I picked
up valuable knowledge related to cybersecurity and the
applications of ethical hacking.
2022-2023
In this project, my team did research on the feasibility of installing piezoelectric tiles that are typically used on the pavement on car roads and motorways as an alternative way to generate energy. We explored the different modifications needed to make it a viable option. My team attained a Merit award.
